Gilded Ivy Design

Recently I've been spending a lot of time building my blog's Instagram account.  Instead of following family and friends I am following crafters and creators, teacher creatives and entrepreneurs, and hand lettering accounts.  This Instagram account has been such an inspiring, encouraging space.  I am loving interacting with so many new people!

One of the creatives/creators I stumbled upon was Sierrah at Gilded Ivy Design.  Y'all she's doing exactly what I want to do, but in the earring space.  She designs and creates beautiful earrings and sells them at super affordable prices- ranging from $2.50 to $10, with free shipping!  {How can you beat that?!}  You can tell by watching her InstaStories how much fun she is having doing what she loves.  She is so sweet, easy to work with, and happy to help- all the things you want in terms of costumer service.

I got three pairs of earrings from Gilded Ivy Design. They came in a small brown paper envelope.  Inside the envelope was a lime green {so fun!} mesh bag {perfect for travel} with the earrings inside.  The earrings were attached to little cardboard rectangles.  The packaging was clean and simple, which I love.

The first pair of earrings were gray {faux} leather tear drop earrings with smaller black and white stripped tear drops layered on top.  They will go with so many of the clothes I have in my closet!  I am especially looking forward to wearing them to help dress up my 100th day of school outfit!  This pair is no longer in the Etsy shop, but tear drop earrings range from $2.50-$8.

How cute is this combo?!  It's going to be perfect with black jeans and black bootie!

The second pair were gray metallic metal detail {faux} leather drop earring.  The drop is connected to a stud, which I really love the look of.  I love that the strong shape is offset by the smaller size of the earring.  The texture is gorgeous!  Pictures just don't do it justice.  This pair is $10.

This gray metallic color matched the hardware on my army jacket perfectly!

Here's a better picture of the texture, although it still doesn't do it justice.

The third pair of earrings were white {faux} leather minimal drop bar earrings.  They have a great shine to them which makes them perfect for both winter and summer.  They are minimal and would be the perfect compliment to a colorful outfit.  I'm thinking some Lilly Pultizer!  This pair is also $10.

Can't wait to wear them with my favorite plaid scarf!

And Lilly Pultizer!  (This is one of my favorite Lilly tops!)

All three pairs of earrings are super light weight, making them very comfortable.

Some other favorites of mine from Gilded Ivy Design's Etsy Shop include:
Geometric Tassel Earrings: These are popular new designs (one color is already sold out).  The tassels are smaller, but there are four, which is fun!  My favorite color is the pink.  Tassels are so in right now and this is a great, affordable ($10 plus free shipping) option.  If you're looking for a bigger, single tassel earring Gilded Ivy Design offers that too.
- Druzy Stud Earrings: These sparkly studs come in 9 colors and are only $5!  They are so sparkly, so simple, yet so fun!  I can't even begin to pick my favorite color in this line.  They're all so good!

I would love for you to check out Gilded Ivy Design's Etsy Shop and Instagram feed.  Tag me in your favorite earrings and if you love them so much you order a pair {or few} too, tag me so I can see how you style and rock them!
